FortForge ("we," "our," or "us") is a platform for sharing, discovering, and using Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) resources and related creator tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our website, services, and community features (the "Platform").
By using FortForge, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve FortForge.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account details - such as username, email address, and password credentials stored in secure form.
- Profile data - such as avatar, display name, bio, social links, and creator profile information.
- Content - files, images, text, metadata, and other materials you upload or submit.
- Communications - support requests, feedback, and messages you send to us.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Log data - such as IP address, browser type, operating system, request timing, and page views.
- Usage data - such as downloads, uploads, resource activity, searches, and feature interactions.
- Cookies and similar technologies - used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support site functionality and measurement.
1.3 Third-Party Login Data
If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Discord, Google or X, we may receive limited profile or account information made available by that provider.
2. Payment and Billing Data
If you purchase or subscribe to paid features, we may collect and store billing-related records such as:
- Selected plan, tier, and billing interval.
- Subscription status and billing period dates.
- Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, and associated price or product references.
- Invoice and payment status information.
- Billing metadata needed to provision, manage, or audit subscription access.
We do not store full payment card numbers on FortForge systems. Subscription payment entry, billing management, and subscription payment collection are handled on Stripe-hosted pages.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. When you subscribe, check out for a subscription, update subscription payment methods, or manage subscription billing, you may be redirected to Stripe-hosted pages or forms. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing address information, tax-related information, and transaction data.
FortForge generally receives limited billing and subscription records from Stripe or through Stripe webhooks, rather than full raw card details.
Other payment-related flows, such as donations or similar support payments, may be handled by different third-party providers and are subject to those providers' interfaces, terms, and privacy practices.
Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own terms, privacy notice, and compliance obligations.

You may be given cookie preference controls through the Platform or your browser settings. Depending on implementation and service configuration at a given time, some measurement or operational tooling may remain active even when non-essential cookies are limited.

14. Third-Party Links
FortForge may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide at least 3 days' notice before a materially updated version takes effect.
Continued use of the Platform on or after the effective date provided in that notice means you accept the revised Policy. If we request your consent through an in-product popup or similar notice, your acceptance through that flow also means you accept the revised Policy.
